COPPLAINT HANDLING INFORMATION
DISCLAMER: “In case your complaint has been not properly redressed by us, you may lodge your complaint with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (the “SECP”). However note that SECP will entertain only those complaints which were at first directly requested to be redressed by the company and company has failed to redress the same. Further, the complaints that are relevant to SECP’s regulatory domain/competence shall not be entertained by the SECP.” اگر آپ کی شکایت پر مناسب کارروائی نہیں ہوتی تو آپ اپنی شکایت کا اندراج سیکورٹی اینڈ ایکسچینگ کمشن کے پاس بھی کرا سکتے ہیں۔ تاہم اس قسم کی شکایات پر صرف اس صورت میں کارروائی ہو گی جن کا اندرانج پہلے کمپنی کے سکایت سیل پر کیا گیا ہو گا اور وہاں سے آپ کی شکایت پر کوئی کارروائی نہیں کی گئی ہو گی۔ مزید بر آں جن شکایات کا تعلق سیکورٹی اینڈ ایکسچینگ کمشن سے ہو گا ان پر بھی کوئی کارروائی نہیں کی جائے گی۔

اگر آپ کی شکایت پر مناسب کارروائی نہیں ہوتی تو آپ اپنی شکایت کا اندراج سیکورٹی اینڈ ایکسچینگ کمشن کے پاس بھی کرا سکتے ہیں۔ تاہم اس قسم کی شکایات پر صرف اس صورت میں کارروائی ہو گی جن کا اندرانج پہلے کمپنی کے سکایت سیل پر کیا گیا ہو گا اور وہاں سے آپ کی شکایت پر کوئی کارروائی نہیں کی گئی ہو گی۔ مزید بر آں جن شکایات کا تعلق سیکورٹی اینڈ ایکسچینگ کمشن سے ہو گا ان پر بھی کوئی کارروائی نہیں کی جائے گی۔
